By now you must have heard about Notion.
And you know how it helps tonnes of people.
There are communities build out of it, people making million$ just by teaching others how to use Notion.
So why are people so obsessed about this?
A very simple answer - because it’s powerful and its loaded with everything!
And it’s built for everyone!
Now I’m not going to list all the features. You can check it yourself here.
I would rather share an A-Z use case. Suppose you’re building a business.
How would you start?
Step 1 : Whiteboard and Ideas!
You want a documenting tool. Perhaps Google Docs, MS word?
Or maybe you go old school! and put it down on a note!
Let’s add it on Notion!
Step 2 : Add timeline!
The biggest problem while building anything is staying on a timeline and staying disciplined. But instead, adding another note someplace, you create a timeline.
Step 3 : Manage Project!
Building something requires project management more than skills to build the product. Lack of visibility, missing timelines kill more projects than ever. It’s all in this tool as well.
Step 4 : Build a website!
This is basically where notion sold me like anything. You actually can host a website in Notion. Building website itself takes a project in itself, 2 tools or websites behind it. This is why I feel it’s an all in one tool
Step 5 : AI
Now in every step of this, add AI. Build a website, there’s AI. Brainstorm ideas, there’s AI. Automatically add the timeline, assign people, AI’s there to help as well. The next phase of Notion has actually change the landscape of productivity. Check it out here.

Is there a way to make notes on it for lectures? I currently use onenote, but could always change things up
